Glory to God on High
Come, Follow Me thoughts: Glory to God on High I think it beautiful and amazing how God takes small things and makes them great to accomplish His purposes. A few scriptures that come to mind: In the New Testament, during the ministry of christ, a small boy's few loaves and fish fed thousands. In the old testament, God used the strength of a small Shepherd boy, David to slay the giant and become a great king. Or in The Book of Mormon, Christ said, "and if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them. Behold, I will show unto the gentiles their weakness, and I will show unto them that faith, hope and charity bringeth to me--the fountain of all righteousness."
